Competitive Edge Athletics Fitness is a friendly and welcoming fitness environment.

We are staffed with trainers who have over thirty five years of experience in the industry, and are always willing to offer advice and tips to your daily exercises. We offer a non threatening atmosphere for your workouts, while continually challenging and improving your body and mind to achieve your fitness goals.

Our trainers will do it all! We can increase your strength, improve your conditioning, teach you to box, and provide workouts for each part of the body. Every day is a different workout, and an opportunity to improve yourself, and our trainers are dedicated to making that happen.

Our specialty is working with athletes of all levels, from amateur to professional. We setup specific training camps for each sport, and lay out the game plan to improving yourself in becoming a better athlete. If you are willing to put in the time and effort into becoming a better competitor, our trainers will take care of the rest!
 

OUR MISSION

There is nothing ordinary about Competitive Edge Athletics Fitness; yes, we have the latest fitness equipment, machines and free weights in our Bayside and Port Washington, NY locations but think of us as a training camp for elite athletes that want to embrace their competitive spirit and challenge themselves to be better. 

Whether you are a professional athlete or you compete on the local basketball or tennis court we take you, mentally and physically to the next level.

Most of our trainers are professional boxers or train professional boxers so the work is rigorous and challenging. Our gym facility in Port Washington includes a full boxing ring and the training can include: runs on the beach, climbing stairs, lifting and flipping truck tires and pulling anchor chains.
